A Transfer of Ownership application applies when the existing permit holder wants to transfer the issued permit class(es) to another owner to continue operations at the exact same location. For example, ABC has an issued C-1 permit at 123 Main and they want to transfer the ownership of the C-1 permit to XYZ that will continue to operate at 123 Main.

Before you can file this ownership-only transfer application, you MUST first click the Issued Permit Holder and/or Existing Location Launch lookup modal button (magnifying glass icon) below to find the existing permit holder's (i.e., seller) location that you want to transfer the issued permit class(es) to your business. You will need to separately select each permit class that you want to transfer to add it to the overall transaction on the next page.

Note: If the business is also transferring to a new location, please use the Transfer of Ownership and Location option.
