A Transfer of Ownership and Location application applies when the existing permit holder wants to transfer the issued permit class(es) to another owner that will operate the liquor permit at a DIFFERENT location. For example, ABC has an issued C-1 permit at 123 Main and they want to transfer the ownership of the C-1 permit to XYZ that will move the liquor permit to 789 Main.

Before you can file this ownership and location transfer application, you MUST first click the Issued Permit Holder and/or Existing Location Launch lookup modal button (magnifying glass icon) below to find the existing permit holder's (i.e., seller) location from which you want to transfer permit class(es) to your business at the NEW location. You will need to separately select each permit class that you want to transfer to add it to the overall transaction on the next page.
